Note: If you connect the adapter directly to the PC without installing the product’s driver, Windows will immediately install the built-in driver. If the problem persists, test the device on another computer.
To use the Bluetooth device click on the Bluetooth icon in the toolbar. Check in Device Manager if the Bluetooth adapter is correctly installed without any remarks. Once the installation is completed or when you are prompted by the installation manager, connect the Bluetooth Adapter directly to a properly working USB port without using a hub or an extension cable. Download and install the latest driver from our website: click here to download the driver. Unplug the Bluetooth adapter and restart the system. Remove all drivers for this device and all similar devices previously installed on your computer.
